Cooling coil as described per ASTM D1837. Containing 2 stainless steel valves. The construction ensures safe operation and prevents touching of cold areas. It provides proper closing of the bath and insulate for proper use.
Cooling coil—Approximately 6 m (20 ft) of 4.8 mm (3⁄16 in.) is wound around a hollow mandrel resulting in an outside diameter of 54 mm (21⁄8 in.) The lower end of the tube up is run through the center of the mandrel before winding so that the finished coil will fit snugly inside the cooling vessel. The top of the coil is at least 25 mm below the top of the cooling vessel . The open ends of the coil shall are less than 100 mm (4 in.) above as described per ASTM D1837. The downstream end of the coil is connected to a 3.2 mm (1⁄8 in.) needle valve having an outlet connection not more than 76 mm (3 in.) long.
