The TV12LT-80 is a low temperature visability bath with a bath volume of 12 Litres. The bath opening measures 208x54 mm, has a depth of 330 mm and offers space for 3 viscometer holders. The TV12LT-80 is equipped with a variable speed stirrer. This enables very stable temperature control at the very low temperatures. The cooling system enables rapid cooldown to low temperatures and -80°C is reached in about 100 minutes.

The TV12LT-80 is based on a powerful cooling unit called the Tamson Cooling Cube (TCC). The minimum temperature which can be reached is minus 85°C. At this low temperature the heat removal capacity lies around 50 Watt. The bath cools down quickly shows excellent temperature stability. The drain located at the back provides easy removal of the bath fluid. The refrigerant used is HCFK free. The TV12LT-80 has a status panel which informs the user about the status of the compressors and overpressure safeties. The relative small footprint offers easy installation.
