Precooling equipment as described per ASTM-D2158. A copper tube is formed into a cooling coil. A sample valve is attached to flow petroleum gas through the coil and a 3mm needle valve is opened as the outlet of the gas. The coil and the two valves are fixed onto the top plate of the construction. The rugged construction ensures safe opeation of both valves whilst the construction can be easily taken out of the bath for maintenance an cleaning.
Precooling equipment as described per ASTM-D2158 - figure2. A 6 m copper 6mm tube is wound around a hollow mandrel resulting in an outside diameter of 62 mm. This forms a cooling coil onto which two valves are connected. A sample valve is opened to flow the petroleum gas through the coil and a 3mm and a needle valve is opened for the outlet of the gas. The coil and valves are fixated onto the top plate of the construction. An insulation plate is fitted on top of the coil. The rugged construction ensures safe operation of both valves whilst the construction can be easily taken out of the bath for maintenance and cleaning.
